Welcome to Mix Bon Art ("we," "our," or "us"). We are a digital studio for design, photography, and multimedia publishing. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle data obtained through our integration with the Pinterest API.
1. Use of the Pinterest API
Our application uses the Pinterest API. Our site and studio are not endorsed by or affiliated with Pinterest. When a Pinterest account is connected to our service through Pinterest's official OAuth flow, we are authorized to access certain information, which may include:
- Pinterest profile information (such as username and profile picture).
- Pins, boards, and analytics data, depending on the permissions granted.
We never see or store any Pinterest password. Authentication is handled entirely and securely through Pinterest OAuth.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information obtained via the Pinterest API solely to provide and improve our services, specifically to:
- Schedule and publish pins of our designs and photography (API posting).
- Organize and maintain boards of freely accessible ideas and references.
- Review Pinterest analytics to understand what content resonates.
3. Sharing of Data — No Resale or Redistribution
We do not sell, rent, resell, redistribute, or otherwise share Pinterest content or any Pinterest-derived data with any third parties. Pinterest data is used only to deliver the features described above and is never transferred to advertisers, data brokers, or any other outside party.
4. Data Storage and Protection
We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect data. Pinterest access tokens are encrypted and stored securely, and are used only to communicate with the Pinterest API on the account holder's behalf.
5. Data Retention and Deletion of Pinterest-Derived Data
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. A connected Pinterest account may be disconnected at any time, either through Pinterest account settings or by contacting us.
When a Pinterest account is disconnected (or an account with us is closed), we immediately stop accessing the Pinterest API on that account's behalf, revoke and delete the stored access tokens, and permanently delete all Pinterest-derived data (profile data, pins, boards, and analytics) from our servers within 30 days. Deletion may also be requested at any time by emailing us at the address below.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question or raise a concern about how your data is handled, please contact us using the details in Section 8.
7. Third-Party Services
Our service interacts with Pinterest. Your use of Pinterest itself is governed by Pinterest's own policy, available at https://policy.pinterest.com/en/privacy-policy.
